Georgia MLS membership fees
GAMLS uses a flat, tiered membership model with no per-listing or per-transaction fees, a contrast to MLSs in high-cost markets that bill by the listing. Brokerages pay an initiation fee plus monthly office dues, agents pay a small monthly licensee fee under their broker, and appraisers have their own rate. Dues are paid directly to Georgia MLS and are completely separate from your MLS Import plugin subscription, which is billed by us.

Can I use Georgia MLS without a real estate license?
No. GAMLS data access requires an active Georgia real estate license and GAMLS membership: as a broker participant, an agent under a sponsoring broker, or a licensed appraiser.
How fast does MLS Import sync GAMLS data?
MLS Import synchronizes modified GAMLS listings automatically, typically every hour, and only updates records that changed, so new and updated listings appear on your site without manual work.
Does MLS Import support GAMLS photos and virtual tours?
Yes. Images sync directly from your GAMLS feed rather than being re-uploaded, and supported media fields, including virtual tour links, carry over to your WordPress listings.
Do I need to pay GAMLS separately, or is it included?

Can I cancel MLS Import if I leave GAMLS?
