The office site, not a portal profile
A brokerage site has a job the portals will not do for you: show your inventory, introduce your agents, and send the lead to the right one. MLSimport handles the first part and gives you the pieces for the other two.
Inventory
- Import by office or agent MLS ID, so the site shows your listings, your agents’ listings, or the whole market as a search tool. Include and exclude rules both work.
- Multiple import tasks can run side by side. One for office listings, one for a featured development, one for a neighbourhood landing page.
- Hourly sync and daily reconciliation keep every one of them honest without anybody logging in.
- Status control is yours: active, pending, sold, coming soon, and you choose which statuses reconciliation is allowed to remove.
Agents
The agent and office enrichment add-on pulls full agent and brokerage profiles from the Bridge Data Output API, attaches them to listings, and deduplicates and caches them. That gives you real agent profile pages, a browsable agent archive, and brokerage pages that list everything an agent has.
Leads
Contact forms, sidebar lead forms and Schedule-a-Tour requests feed a single pipeline, and leads route to the agent attached to the listing automatically. Honeypot spam protection is on by default, and you can build your own forms.
Oversight
The activity log records every add, update and delete with the title, ID, ListingKey, URL and the import task responsible. It is searchable and filterable, so when somebody asks why a listing vanished you have an answer rather than a theory. A daily health heartbeat flags a stalled cron or a failing connection before a client notices.
